Major Duties:
These duties will be conducted in the agency, and the community. Baseline qualifications necessary to apply for this position (applicants who do not possess these baseline qualifications will not be interviewed):
Responsible for clinical and case management services in the Co-Occurring treatment program;
Conducting assessments and intakes;
Provides guidance and support for consumers in the development of individual service plans.
Individual therapy and group therapy and community based case management activities;
Documents relevant clinical information including treatment plans, treatment reviews, progress notes, and discharge summaries;
Provides crisis intervention services, information, and referrals to clients and their family;
Position Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work or a related field required with minimum 2 years experience
Washington State Department of Health Chemical Dependency Professional/Trainee credential required;
A valid, unencumbered Washington or Oregon driver's license is required. (This position requires using personal vehicle to drive consumers in the community on occasion.);
Must successfully pass a criminal history background check and be capable of obtaining jail clearance;
Experience working with severe and chronic substance use and mental illness;
Ability to work with diverse populations who vary significantly, including social strata, age, education, race, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation;
Excellent attendance and a self-starter;
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and written;
Works well with others.

Salary Range:
MHP/CDPT- $18.26 Hr.
MHP/CDP- $19.23 Hr.
