Construction Company Warehouse Manager
Newly established construction company is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager. This position is a working position that will not only be responsible for overall availability of tools and equipment to job sites, but will also perform all tasks along side a small staff of warehouse laborers and delivery drivers. You must possess excellent internal customer interaction, computer, and inventory control skills. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as being part of a team.
This position will support all construction projects managed our Portland operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
o Candidates should have 5 years warehouse and inventory control experience
o A working knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus
o Must be able to make minor repairs to hand tools and power tools
o Must have strong PC experience (Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
o Experience with inventory control programs is highly desirable
o Must be highly organized, have the ability to self-motivate, organize/prioritize, and be multi-task oriented
o Requires heavy lifting and work in a variety of weather conditions
